All our podcast apparel is made on demand as soon as you place an order. This means delivery may take a little longer, but it helps reduce overproduction. Thank you for making a thoughtful purchasing choice.

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders. International orders ship for a flat rate of $5.99, excluding customs duty and VAT where applicable.

Please note we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

We want you to feel confident ordering from us. Many items are produced on demand, but if something goes wrong, we will do everything we can to make it right.

Before returning anything, please use our Contact Us form and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A clear photo of the item (if there’s a defect, damage, or misprint)

**Note: Returns or exchanges sent without contacting us first may not be accepted or processed.**

No stress — we’ve got your back. If your order has a printing issue, damage, or any other defect, we’ll cover a free replacement or full refund.

  • Let us know within 30 days of delivery
  • Include a photo and your order number
  • No need to return the item — we’ll handle it for you

Let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we’ll help investigate and resolve it.

Because each item is made to order, we can’t offer free returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Wrong item or size ordered
  • Unclaimed packages
  • The wrong shipping address was entered

But we still want to help:

Return your item in unused, unworn condition within 30 days, and we’ll issue you store credit for the item cost (excluding shipping).

  • You’ll need to cover return shipping cost
  • Contact Us first — we’ll walk you through it

If this is your first order and something doesn’t fit right, we’ll offer you 50% off a replacement — no return required.

  • Just Contact Us within 7 days of delivery
  • Applies to one item per first-time customer
  • If the shipping address was incorrect or the package was unclaimed, it will be returned to our print partner.
  • We’ll contact you when that happens, but you’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
  • Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • Printful automatically donates unclaimed returns after 30 days, so please keep an eye out for return notifications.
  • For EU consumers: Orders are considered custom-made and may not fall under standard “right to return” laws.
  • For Brazilian customers: You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it, subject to condition checks.

Guest Items

Guest items in our shop, such as books, vinyl, or other media, are fulfilled through external retailers or distributors. These items are not produced or shipped by us, and the shipping and return policies for each item are set by the retailer where checkout is completed.

When you select a guest item, you may be taken to an external retailer’s site to complete your purchase. Shipping costs, delivery times, carrier information, and any customs or VAT details will be shown at checkout on the retailer’s website.

We do not determine or modify shipping options for guest items.

Returns and exchanges for guest items are handled by the retailer that fulfills the order. Their policies will apply to:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Lost shipments
  • Wrong item sent
  • Returns, refunds, or exchanges
  • Address issues or unclaimed packages
  • Regional or country-specific return rules
